Dr. Green, I follow you on SIRM website and the green guide and have purchased many of your books. After doing many research, can you recommend supplement brand name that you trust for omega-3, prenatal vitamins.

Thank you for your kind comments and your support. I typically recommend any DHA or supplement that contain the Martek product that is harvested from cultured algae. Here is a link to their product: http://www.martek.com/algae-dha-products-and-services.aspx . There are a variety of good prenatal vitamins. Some contain more minerals and vitamins than others. For instance, if you’re looking for a very comprehensive product that includes the DHA, I often prescribe CitraNatal Assure. Hope this helps.
