First recommendation on this top 10 list- eat your fruits and veggies. 🍏🥦The best way to do this is to eat a variety of fresh produce. 🥑🍍🍒Wash your produce for at least 20 seconds to minimize your exposure to pesticides. 👏Avoid canned products because this can expose you to chemicals like Bisphenol A (BPA). Eat organic when you can and strategically by utilizing resources like EWG’s dirty list: certain items are worth the money of switching to organic (“Dirty 12”) more than other produce (“Clean 15”)
